  • Documentation & Quality : Create and refine high-quality documentation (SOPs, manuals) to ensure rapid, high-quality production, and provide critical assembly feedback to the engineering design team.

What You'll Bring: The Must-Haves

  • Associate’s Degree (or equivalent training) + 3 years of hands-on experience in a hardware Technician role, with a focus on prototype assembly.
  • Expertise with a wide variety of hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment (calipers, multimeters, etc.).
  • Proven ability to perform detailed wiring, harnessing, and soldering.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and independent. Ready to thrive in a startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of hands-on experience in a hardware Technician role, with a focus on prototype assembly.
  • Experience with instrument control software and/or basic scripting.
  • Familiarity with prototyping techniques (e.g., 3D printing, light machining).
  • Prior experience in a production line or scaling environment.
