Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Healthcare, or related field OR 5 years of relevant experience
2+ years of order sets build experience
EPIC certified
Proven experience in healthcare IT, specifically with EPIC systems.
Some implementation experience, (but we don’t want a trainer)
Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and patient flow.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Implement, configure, and maintain the EPIC orders module according to organizational needs.
Collaborate with clinical staff to understand and optimize order workflows and order sets.
Conduct rigorous testing of the EPIC system, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
Participate in the development of policies and procedures related to the EPIC orders system.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the EPIC orders module.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EPIC system updates and enhancements.
Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure system interoperability and data integrity.
