We’re seeking a confident, detail-driven Senior Presentation Designer to take the reins on high-stakes PowerPoint projects for a creative agency that serves high-science, pharma, and investor-facing clients. You’ll partner with the founder to elevate deck strategy, manage timelines, liaise with clients, and lead a small production team.
This is NOT a production-only role. We’re looking for someone with presentation vision who can bring clarity, flow, and hierarchy to content-heavy slides—and who can manage production designers and Illustrator experts to ensure everything hits the mark.
Responsibilties:
- Own the project management, structure, and visual direction of complex PowerPoint decks
- Delegate production tasks and supervise output
- Provide real-time feedback to ensure files are client-ready
- Document deck styles and develop SOPs to support scalability
- Translate content-heavy briefs into clear, branded visual narratives
- Manage a small remote production team (PPT formatters, Illustrator support)
- Liaise directly with clients on deliverables, revisions, and presentation prep
- Maintain brand consistency and quality control across decks
Qualifications:
- Must be a conceptual artist with infographic designs in portfolio
- 7+ years in presentation design, ideally in a client-facing or leadership role
- Mastery of PowerPoint (template design, smart layouts, animation fluency)
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (for reviewing production files)
- Deep understanding of storytelling, hierarchy, and visual flow
- Proven experience leading creative teams and managing timelines
- Strong communication, especially in remote/async environments
- Bonus: Familiarity with high-science/pharma/investor sectors a big plus
