We are seeking an experienced server to join our team at Bourbon & Branch! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities (not limited to):Greet guests promptly with a warm, engaging attitude and guide them through their experience.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, including specialty cocktails and craft beers, using the POS system efficiently.
Deliver food and drinks with attention to timing, presentation, and accuracy.
Be knowledgeable about our elevated menu, drink selections, and rotating beer taps to confidently make recommendations.
Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the visit.
Handle guest concerns with discretion and professionalism, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to maintain smooth service flow, especially during game-day rushes and events.
Clear and reset tables quickly while maintaining a clean and organized section.
Process guest payments accurately, and handle cash or credit transactions in a secure, efficient manner.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service protocols at all times.
Help maintain an upscale, sports-forward atmosphere that reflects our brand and guest expectations.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant, or upscale casual dining environment preferred.
Strong communication skills and a guest-first mentality.
Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy, high-energy shifts.
Must be team-oriented, dependable, and maintain a professional appearance.
Familiarity with POS systems and handling high check volumes.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and major sporting events.
Able to stand, walk, and carry trays or food items for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift), and lift up to 25 lbs.
