Full-time, 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity for a Level 2 IT Support Specialist based 100% onsite in Fitchburg, WI (Madison suburb) . The role is with a Microsoft and SNS environment, supporting a healthcare-focused organization known for its commitment to innovation, and employee well-being.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Provide advanced (L2/L3) technical support—handling tickets escalated from L1
• Manage Intune, AD, O365 , laptop provisioning, printer setup, and Teams migration (from Zoom)
• Own endpoint hardware/software troubleshooting, workstation rollouts, and peripheral support
• Collaborate across teams, document solutions, and improve processes
• Be the final escalation point for desktop issues while contributing to IT projects and compliance efforts

🕘 Schedule: M–F, 8am–5pm

📍 Location: Fitchburg, WI (100% onsite)

💵 Rate: $30/hr | Salary if converted: $60–$65K
