Project Background - Client is transitioning from Microsoft Dynamics to an in-house platform .
- This hire will support system integration , training development , and visual UX enhancements during this migration.
Key Responsibilities - Develop training content for the new system
- Create short training videos , including builds in PowerPoint .
- Deliver instructor-led training (ILT)content.
- Drive visual/UX changes in training materials.
- Build training assets using Articulate 360 .
- Support quick prototyping and rapid training development.
Must-Have Skills - Strong experience with Articulate 360 .
- Ability to produce short training videos and ILT content .
- Strong PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with system-related training deliverables.
- Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team.
- Strong UX sense for training visuals.
Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience with WellSaid for voice-over creation.
- Exposure to Vyond (animation/rapid video creation).
- Portfolio showcasing training videos, ILT decks, UX-focused assets.
Additional Notes - Remote role, aligned to EST hours.
- Project work focused on OneSystem transfers , vendor gateway , and internal tech services training .
